Senior HR Manager, Academic Programs
Subject expertise in Academic/Faculty issues. Primary HR representative for the following departments: Academic Departments, Office of the Provost, BCRW and BLAIS [IMATS].
HR Department Administrator
Primary HR contact for all general HR inquiries including: Budget & Expense Administration, Employments Verification, Independent Contractors and Temporary Staffing.
Employee & Labor Relations Director
Subject expertise in Labor Relations. Primary HR support for the following departments: BCIT and Campus Services [Events, Facilities, Public Safety].
Dir, HRIS & Compensation
Subject expertise for all HRIS related issues, HR Metrics, Process Management, Reporting; includes: Health & Welfare, ESS [Employee Self-Service] and TimeSaver.
Act as initial HR point of contact to welcome visitors, faculty and staff to campus. Primary liaison to Communications Department and other COO unit staff responsible for communications.
Primary HR representative for HRIS related issues including: Faculty Appointment Processing, Colleague HR and Time & Attendance.
Senior HR Manager, Talent Management
Subject expertise in Recruitment/Staffing. Primary HR representative for the following departments: Communications, Dean of the College [all departments reporting to DOC], Development [ Alumnae Relations], Office of General Counsel, Office of the President and People Admin.
