The Office of Student Employment Services (SES) is here to serve you during your time at Barnard.
Student Employment Services is here to help you find new opportunities, secure funding for professional endeavors, learn the skills you need to be successful as a working student, and add impact and social value to each of your internships and jobs. We are happy to answer your questions and connect you to the resources you need.
SES oversees all on-campus employment, and can help you identify opportunities, fill out your employment forms, and understand TimesheetX. We work with both supervisors and students to ensure that on-campus employment runs smoothly and meets your needs.
In addition to formal employment, SES also oversees a variety of programs that provide financial resources and other opportunities for internships. The New York City Civic Engagement Program (NYCCEP) is also housed within SES, and can offer you great opportunities to become civically engaged and learn about social justice both on- and off-campus.
